I would go back to the neurologist and ask for another EEG. I’m not trying to scare you, but I tend to be conservative about this issue. My older daughter has seizures and Hailey has Sandifer’s (what we think is Sandifer’s. She is going to have an EEG to verify this). What concerns me about your description is the loss of awareness, the shaking, and the tiredness after. My older daughter is very tired and disoriented after her seizures. When Hailey has a Sandifer’s episode, it usually follows a reflux episode and is brief. She looks like she is still with me at the time, though her eyes sometimes roll. I would tell the neurologist your concerns and see what he suggests. It may very well be Sandifer’s but it’s good to get it checked out just in case.

kellilyn9377, have you found out anymore about your son? I have a two month old, and from the symptoms you describe, you could be talking about him. I’m so curious to know what is going on with him. Please let me know if you have found out any more information. Thanks.
