I am one week into a dairy free diet trying to help my nursling with reflux. I ate a soft pretzel today at a college football game. It was not buttered on the outside. Did it likely contain dairy?

Thanks! Good advise. (How about at the next game – are soft pretzels usually a safe choice?)

I would contact the stadium and ask for the nutritional content?

This must be possible, everything has there ingredients, etc online nowadays bcse of allergies and just more raised consciousness about nutrition…otherwise I’d stay away you never know what is IN the pretzle’s ingredients-can you sneak in your own?
