Starting MSPI… not feeling great

So I’m on day 9 of an MSPI diet to see if it might help my EBF baby. I’ve noticed since starting it that I’ve been really gassy and feeling bloated (sorry for TMI, lol). My stomach is pretty rumbly all the time. Not hungry, just rumbly and churny. Baby also has had lots of excess gas, although she has always been a gassy baby but it seems like it’s more than before. Her behavior has improved, although I can’t say if it’s the diet or the meds finally kicking in (Prevacid solutabs).

Everything I’ve read about people going off dairy says it made them feel great. Well I’m not feeling great at all! Is this normal? Do I just need to give it more time? Am I dying??

I’ve skimmed through her stuff. I didn’t see any mention of how the diet would affect me, if I should be experiencing excess gas and such. That’s the weird part to me, I just didn’t know if that was normal?

I’m not sure- could be your body getting used to it? I did the diet, but I don’t remember much about it- baby was screaming, lol!

Try probiotics (for yourself)?
