Well Colt is one and I must admit things do get better. When I thought I would never see the light at the end of the tunnel it showed up and things have been improving. We don’t see much reflux anymore but he is still on Zegerid and we will probably leave that alone for another 6 months or so. He is on goodstart formula and we won’t be trying milk for awhile. He has been eating solids for about a month now and although its slow I think he is doing pretty good. I hear alot of parents on here complaining about their 9 month olds not eating solids. Don’t worry up to a year and they are getting all they need from fomula or breastmilk. Colt gagged on every thing we tried up until a month ago and now he just eats every thing we put in his mouth except banana’s. This site has been great in giving me information that I needed. Colt and I thank all of you so much. I know that we still have a long road to go at least the road is lit with lights that we can see now. As far as sleeping goes we don’t have that worked out yet. But I believe its just around a corner somewhere and we will turn that corner soon and he will begin to sleep all night. I just wanted to share my story so that others will also see that infact it does get better. Don’t rush it or you will stress yourself out. Let them give you clues on when they are ready for solids. I am so glad that we never forced the issue because I am afraid we would be having a hard time getting him to eat.
