Just wondering is Tylenol paracetamol?

Does Mylanta in the US have aluminium in it?

Hear you talk about these things and just wondering what the equivelent is in Aus?

tylenol is acetemop…(sp?)

regular mylanta has aluminum but many of us use mylanta supreme which has no aluminum

I think it’s spelled acetaminophen (Tylenol). I believe it is another name for paracetamol though.

I don’t think you can get mylanta supreme in Aus without the aluminium- maybe anyone from Aus out there who knows could let me know. I think that is why they suggest not to use it to often? or is it the magnesium?

Nope, cant get the Mylanta without the aluminium in it in Australia. In the past I have used it in very small doses and not very often. The Gaviscon sachets are the only alternative although they can be very constipating. You might be able to get some sent over from the US but all the online pharmacies charge insane postage.
