Where do beans fall on allergy scale?

I’m a vegetarian and have been eating turkey for the sake of the diet but i cant take it much more. Id like beans to be one of the first foods i reintroduce and may do it earlier than two weeks if they’re not high on the allergy list (like black beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, etc)

Also is coffee itself usually a problem or is it the caffeine?KsMom2012-03-02 12:36:20

I think beans are legumes (all of them?) & therefore related to peanuts& soy and therefore higher on the ‘allergy’ list? hmm….
