Is it ok to split my Zantac dosage into 3 rather than 2x? My son is on 3.2mls a day (1.6 2x a day). I thought perhaps it would be more effective if he received 1ml in the AM, 1ml around 1pm and 1.2mls before bed. Would this be ok and be as effective?

A lot of this is trial & error…I would try it out…

also know that the zantac dose can be as high as 10mgs per kilo

the GI doc changed .8ml twice a day to 1ml thrice .we have gone to 1ml twice a day and my daughter is doing good.she has very mild reflux.never throws up just struggles after feeding to hold it down.
