my sons reflux flares up really bad at about 6 pm..I still have his zantac from the first med trial, he takes prevacid soltabs, can I give him the zantac at night? would that help at all?

Some moms use zantac before bed. Just make sure you give it at least 2 hours after the prevacid. We made the mistake of giving them at the same time, they cancelled each other out and left her miserable.

jonah was on the 2 for quite some time unti lwe got a good dose of PPI figured out…are you splitting the PPI dose?

yep he gets 15 in the am and 15 in the pm, well at around 4 or 5, wonder if splitting it up even more might help? I gave him the zantac tonight and BOY I do not think he likes it, he screamed when he took it and is not vey happy tonight!!!

I am having the exact same problem as you. It gets worse as the sun goes down. Has the zantac helped at all? Or have you thought about upping the Prevacid dose?
