Thais, we were in the same situation when I got pregnant with Hailey. I decided that I wanted them close together, and it happened so fast that I got my wish. We had a tough time b/c Sarah was going through a rough patch with her seizures at the time, and I was worried, but I realized that in the end, the timing was just the way it was meant to be. The girls are so cute together and it’s amazing. I know you have a lot on your plate with Matthew, but hopefully the feeding therapy will be the beggining of a new road for Matthew. And like I said, it might actually keep him so busy that you get some time to rest while he’s in therapy.

I had nausea terribly with both of the girls! mmmm, maybe you have a little daughter in there?

I want to wait at least another year before trying again but DH absolutely refuses to have more kids He says if we have another refluxer, he’ll kill himself. So much drama

Amy, I know what you mean about scheduling the pregnancy according to the school calendar. I also work in a school (Speech pathologist)and it would be most convinient to have the baby in May. That way I get my six weeks of a maternity leave and the summer I don’t know how lucky we’ll get the second time around but first I gotta talk my Dh into having more kids

anyway: I’m also in the school system & wanted/’needed’ summer babies- well I got them!! both boys are born in July, EXACTLY 3 yrs apart- same birthday & it was NOt planned in any way- no c-section, no planned induction- just labor & vaginal birth…spoooooky

I LOVE LOVE LOVE having them 3 years apart!!

and: Ari was born withOUT reflux, whoohoo!!! so there’s hope!
