Slowly losing my mind!!

Aidensmommy, I did a few times (helped her along) and when I spoke to her GI dr, he frowned and said not to do it anymore b/c she’ll rely on it and won’t go on her own. Like I do it every day. He put it this way when I asked him why I can’t help her. “B/c on her wedding day, you’ll be in the bathroom with her helping her go”. I was thinking to myself “what an ass****”

Hmmm….Myles’ told me it was fine to help him using a thermometer…even every day if I had to. I did it quite often because he was miserable when he didn’t poop and he had DGE so he’d go days without pooping if I didn’t help. And he’s fine now. His DGE is gone and he poops twice a day every day with no help.

I haven’t heard that Prevacid is going to be OTC, but I’m sure it will be one day. I know it will cost more for those of us with good insurance, but it will be great for moms who struggle getting a high enough dose for their babies.
