there was a point when jonah was on a PPI and zantac 2x a day
heck I wouldn’t be surprised if we had him on zantac 3x a day…

do you have any zantac around? I’d give that too (2-4hrs seperate from the precavacid) until you can get things figured (more) out

*zantac dosing: I will calculate for 2mg/kilo, 5mgs/kilo & 10mgs/kilo
2 x 7.7 = 15.4 mgs total for the day of zantac

so it is possible that is the culprit…I would first address the stability of your compound & then I would address the need for a dose increase…
