so try 15mgs 3x a day & see what happens

it probably does, but I would guess that it’d be fine from September- I certainly would use it

many here have sifted the packets (using a tea strainer) to get the beads & then divided accordingly from there
& used a bit of the powder to give it some flavor- you can ‘play’ with the thickness of the mixture to find what works

I would try a higher dose…given 2 or 3 times a day
if you have any zantac (or tagament or axid or pepcid) I would give that, too, spaced 4hrs seperate from the prevacid

if you’re worried about aspiration, then I’d call the GI and ask about how to arrange for a swallow study…I would do this first just so you know what you’re dealing with- if everything comes back fine then you’ll know- and if not, well, you’ll know then, too…

1) calculate proper erythromicain dose (I have no idea what that would be, but maybe post elsewhere & ask & also do a search- this has been discussed a lot lately)

A lot of this is trial & error…I would try it out…
also know that the zantac dose can be as high as 10mgs per kilo

if it’s compounded prevacid, it may be that it becomes unstable- after 2 weeks or even sooner
also, babies grow so quickly that their medication needs to be increased- it’s prescribed by weight so if your son has gained weight since his initial dose it might be time to increase it
