I would elevate where your baby sleeps, so he’s not flat on his back. we could do this with our crib- just elevate one side- but if your crib cannot do this, people have put the crib on blocks/books and also have put rolled towels/blankets under one side of the mattress

I’m actually really good at math, lol, but the whole pounds & ounces gets me- so I’m going to guess you mean that your son is 11lbs & 9 ounces, so I’ll calculate for 11 & 1/2 lbs because that’s 11.5

thriving has nothing to do with reflux. there is such a thing as comfort feeding where it soothes their throats to drink milk/formula

there are also lots of babies who have severe reflux and don’t have a problem gaining weight

I do not believe you can spoil a baby. I do not believe a baby can manipulate. I believe it takes a more developed brain as in perhaps a 2 yr old or even 3 yr old to be able to actually manipulate.
