You don’t have to wait with pepsid, ask your pharmacist but I really don’t think you have to wait- it doesn’t work the same way as a PPI…

I would email dr philips about the dose for pepsid complete for a newborn- it’s half a tablet for a 6 month old- maybe try a quarter of a tablet dissolved in some water…

you CAN do them together, you just have to space the doses 4 hrs apart. many many babies have been on both, mine included.

I would wait on solids…4 months seems awfully young to me…these babies have enough troubles w/ their digestive systems…

how long have you been milk & soy free?
it takes up to a month to clear out of your system- that’s why it’s important to not even have any hidden dairy or soy…it’s not unusual for babies to react to hidden ingredients…also check your multivitamin and any medications you might be taking…

there have been succes stories- just start out w/ a low dose and you can always move up…so this is the one case where you want to go lower than what the dr says, LOL
